This website is devoted to the Wellesley Wintersession course, Robotics Design Studio. Our final project consisted of creating a robotic Lego-based Trebuchet. This Lego trebuchet is named Grond.

Our robot's creation is due to the diligent work of Madeline Vara and Alejandra Ortiz. The project, however, would not have been possible with the assistance of Robbie, Lyn, and Scott. We also acknowledge the Lord of the Rings Trilogy as invaluable in giving us ideas for the final project. Finally, we would like to thank anyone who has posted online about how to build medieval siege machines.
