jackie
Jackie is a Cognitive and Linguistics Major with a concentration in Computer Science, and has found that doesn't fit on any form. She's spent Wintersession either eating with her excellent friends at the nerd cave, working on graduate applications, working at the HelpDesk, and, of course, working on robotics. She suffered the only wound of the group when she quite stupidly cut herself with a knife. But she got two stitches out of the deal, so at least there's that.

Kara is almost finished with Wellesley- class of 2007 and proud of it. She is an architecture major and enjoys building physical things (websites don't count as physical). She is also interested in sustainability and will one day save the world from it's self induced destruction. Because of this she will then become ruler of the world and all robots would be put to death.
She would like to give thanks to her wonderful professors, Lyn and Scott, as well as Robbie and everyone who made this class possible - Especially including the class tutor ;). She also would obviously like to thank her other group members for an awesome group . . .and only one trip to the emergency room between them. Further thanks: Snacks, good food, chocolate, hats, legos, hammers and nails, and learning to solder. Intentionally not thanked: Hot glue and especially hot glue + legos
liz
Liz is a physics major, also class of 2007. She's 'gear girl' since she not only understands the physics stuff, but also rocks at putting her theoretical knowledge into action. She's incredibly artistic, and was responsible for the gorgeous board and people-characters. She had her 22nd birthday during Robotics, so the other two members of the group baked her a yummy chocolate cake and sang 'Happy Birthday' really loudly to her in class.
